We recently did an in-person blind tasting with the same theme, and it was so much fun that we decided to make a four-bottle package for you to gift or enjoy with your favorite folks. 

Here's the scene:

You'll open the box with four wrapped bottles for your blind-tasting night. Chill down the white wines, call your friends, grab some snacks or order pizza, get the wine glasses and tasting sheets out, and settle in for a fun evening. 

If you have enough glasses, we've found it helpful to taste each of the wines side-by-side. You could accomplish this by pouring the wines individually or in pairs; if you don’t, don’t worry! We recommend revisiting each wine as you write down your tasting notes and climate guesses. 

Once you're ready, it's time to guess. Which wines are from cool climates, and which are from warmer ones? Share your thoughts with your group, discuss, snack more, and then open the PDF to find out what was what.

• Each box includes 2 white wines and 2 red wines. 
• Each bottle is wrapped and numbered for the blind tasting (there is a note to chill the white wines on the appropriate bottles). 
• We've included a list of tasting notes for both cool-climate and warm-climate wines to help you along your tasting journey. 
• You'll receive four wine-tasting sheets. (If you'd like us to include more, please let us know.)
• You'll receive an email titled "Blind Tasting PDFs" with all the details of each wine, including general background, information about their respective climates, tasting notes, and pairing ideas. You can open this at your leisure, but we recommend going through the blind tasting first, guessing which wines come from cooler and warmer areas, and then opening the PDF.
