From: Burgenland, Austria
Varietal: Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: Light, friendly bubbles and strawberries all day. This charming rosé frizzante is light-hearted and well-balanced, with flavors centered around juicy red fruit, rosy florals, citrus, and hints of thyme and dried herb. Juicy, fruity, but not headache- inducing fruitiness; this fizz will pick you up and won’t let you down.
Pairing: This lighthearted rosé frizzante is perfect for late afternoon or evening imbibing. Whether you pair this with charcuterie and fromage boards, picnic fare, or patio time with your friends, this cheery fizz will be a hit. Some of our favorite pairings include serving this with homemade burgers off the grill, freshly tossed salads, light pasta or orzo dishes, and, of course, picnic fare! This could include cold fried chicken (recipe below!) and potato salad, ham and cheese sandwiches, chicken pita sandwiches, and an assortment of grilled vegetables or crudité and dip.

About. Meinklang is an original, family-run mixed farm, set in the middle of the World Heritage Site of the National Park Neusiedlersee, on the Eastern side of the Neusiedlersee Lake, bordering directly on the Hungarian lowlands, where life’s diversity and complexity are celebrated.
This farm functions much like an organism, relying not only on the people but also on the local herd of cows which contributes in an essential way with their natural and invaluable fertilizer.
Biodynamics is a matter close to the heart. And above all, it is an intensive examination of everything around us. We draw strength from our nature, it shapes, shapes and nourishes us. Looking and looking at nature, we find many answers that are often deeply hidden and make harmony with agriculture indispensable.
All Meinklang wines have been vegan-friendly since the 2004 vintage and they are Demeter certified!
