✨ The Pairing Experience: Dive into a flight of three 3-oz pours of Champagne paired with delicious, flavorful fried chicken. Together, they create a mouthwatering combination that’s luxurious and fun.
✨ The (GLUTEN FREE!) Chicken Experience: Mochiko chicken is a delicious and unique take on fried chicken, originating from Hawaii and inspired by Japanese flavors. The key ingredient, mochiko flour (GLUTEN FREE!), is a sweet rice flour that gives the chicken its signature light, crispy texture.
The chicken is marinated in a flavorful blend, and once marinated, it's coated in the mochiko flour batter and fried to golden perfection. The result is crispy, juicy chicken with a slightly sticky, umami-packed exterior that’s truly crave-worthy.
