2018 Domaine de Montcy Cheverny Blanc

"To be discovered as an aperitif, with goat cheese, or with grilled fish.

Soil type: Clay-siliceous.
Grape variety: Sauvignon 80% and Chardonnay 20%.
Vinification: natural, without yeasting or enzymation, to allow maximum expression of the terroir, with minimum and controlled use of SO2.
Color: Pale yellow and slightly shiny.
Nose: Complex and aromatic with hints of acacia.
Palate: The attack is round, frank and generous with notes of dried fruit.
Finish: Supple, balanced and persistent.
Overall impression: This white wine, aged on fine lees is a reflection of the Cheverny terroir, complex and elegant.
Suggestion of gourmet harmony: To be discovered as an aperitif with goat cheeses, or with grilled fish.
Tasting temperature: Serve very chilled in the bottle." --Domaine de Montcy
