Grenache, tempranillo and syrah Denomination of Origin Costers del Segre, Les Garrigues. A balanced boot ride, without excess, gives it depth and crisp volume. The freshness adds tension and a marked balsamic accent to all the fruit that comes off. Great versatility in gastronomy. Perfect, both to enjoy standing and drinking and around a good table. Mountain viticulture at an altitude between 700 and 800 meters at the foot of the Sierra de la Llena, natural border with the region of El Priorat and the Sierra del Montsant, in an area of contrast between the Mediterranean and continental climate, of low pluviometry, with gentle winds that guarantee the vegetal health of the vineyards. Soils with good water retention with abundant gravels and with a loamy-clay texture suitable for quality viticulture. The altitude of the vineyards and the cool nights of Les Garrigues increase the thickness of the skins, favoring the concentration of anthocyanins and tannins while accentuating the acidity and thus their freshness. Member of Grand Payments of Spain since 2002. In ecological production and adhered to the Costers del Segre Sustainability program.
