Appearance: Deep, glistening red ruby color.
Aroma: intense aroma, black fruits like black cherry and blackberry, spices with smooth touches of pink pepper, cloves and cinnamon.
Taste: Medium round tannins, fruity (red and black fruits), good persistence. Its good acidity exalts the sensual flavours of this Syrah
Aging process: in stainless steel tanks at 77°F (25°C)
Pairing: ideally with duck, lamb, beef and dishes with tomato sauce and pasta. Serve at 64°F (18°C).
