2016 1750 Syrah

From The Producers:

Appearance: Deep, glistening red ruby color.

Aroma: intense aroma, black fruits like black cherry and blackberry, spices with smooth touches of pink pepper, cloves and cinnamon.

Taste: Medium round tannins, fruity (red and black fruits), good persistence. Its good acidity exalts the sensual flavours of this Syrah

Aging process: in stainless steel tanks at 77°F (25°C)

Pairing: ideally with duck, lamb, beef and dishes with tomato sauce and pasta. Serve at 64°F (18°C).

A beautiful representation of the Syrah varietal native to the south of France. This very elegant red highlights the sensuality of this variety as grown in Samaipata, the wine-making area with the coolest summers in Bolivia.  This delicious high-altitude Syrah represents Bolivia in Michelin-star and award-winning restaurants, and is exported to Europe, Chile and the USA.
