From the Producers:
In 2011, the Clisson cru was recognized as a municipal AOC, an important recognition for our winegrowers but also for our vineyard and our entire region for this exceptional wine.
This wine is the expression of a pure granite terroir, made from meticulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar in harmony with nature.
The birth of a vintage appellation of villages on the west coast of the Loire vineyard.
Work in the organic cultivation of the vine, harvest by hand and selection of the beautiful white melon bunches in optimal maturity, pressing in whole bunches, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, natural settling, no fining, low dose of So2, fermentation and aging on lie in underground glass vats for 44 months.
Tasting comments: Beautiful light yellow color. Nose with toasted notes and candied fruit, opening to air with elegant mineral notes. The mouth seduces by its size, its structure. A bold "Cru du Muscadet", with ripe fruit flavors.
The taste expression of this wine reveals very surprising flavors, a treasure of the soil of Nantes.
