Yves Lambert and son Arnaud Lambert, of Domaine de Saint-Just manage Château de Brézé. Their skill and care for vineyard management and winemaking turned Brézé from chemical farming to organic viticulture. The Château has a unique terroir in Saumur, cold temperatures, tuffeau limestone bedrock and soils with its active calcium content create wine low in pH with powerful acid structures. The wine is both elegant and captivating, clean and dark fruited, with a freshness and density that lingers. The space the wine captures is special and dynamic, driven by its acidity and minerality.
